Oven baked to perfection, this chicken breast dish is always a favourite!

 

It starts with our lean, tender chicken breast, on a bed of clean basmati rice, accompanied with fresh cucumber and a side of our housemade ginger shallot & chili sauce. This summer style meal just made getting lean a whole lot easier!
